Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Engage with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, analyze existing data structures, and design effective data models supporting business objectives
Ensure data models align with best practices and industry standards for seamless data integration and accessibility
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance understanding of data modeling principles
Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
