Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills
