Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of SAP Analytics/Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse (BI/BW/HANA) related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company, including leading and delivering full life cycle implementations
Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience with SAP HANA 1.0 and 2.0, with at least 1 full lifecycle project implementation experience with SAP HANA SQL and/or SAP S/4 HANA
Must have skills: SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development, SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM
Strong understanding of SAP HANA data modeling concepts, including creating calculation views, attribute views, analytical views
Hands-on experience with SAP BW7.5, HANA implementation and support
Expertise in SAP BW7.5, SAP BW on HANA/BW4 HANA, Native HANA
Experience with SAP HANA Analytics transformation solutions leveraging SAP HANA, ETL tools, and SAP BW
Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and database concepts
Prior experience in developing complex data integration including data ingestion and transformation from non-SAP and file-based systems to HANA datastore
Proficient in development and understanding of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office for custom calculations, filtering, and sorts
Minimum 5 years of experience
15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting strategic solutions
Work with Business and Application Development teams to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual data models
Contribute to design of data models and data structures
Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and related coding practices to ensure consistency of data models
Implement and develop customer deliverables that meet or exceed customer requirements
Develop and demonstrate understanding of business processes for assigned functional area/data objects
Demonstrate strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions for assigned functional process area/data objects
Contribute to an integrated data solution through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with offshore colleagues and clients
Work closely with other consultants on customer site as part of small to large size project teams
Conduct requirements analysis, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of deliverables
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Create HANA objects such as Calculation Views, Stored Procedures, based on functional requirements
Architect and design a secure and robust BI solution to provide enterprise data to end-user business analytics and visualization tools like Analysis for Office
Understand business requirements behind assigned tasks
Create or modify data mappings
Prepare data for testing, execute, and validate data
