Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure applications meet specifications and standards
Engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide insights, and guide development
Ensure team alignment with project goals and timelines
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance application performance and user experience
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
