Requirements

Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred
Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform duties
Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits preferred, and horticulture skills
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Ability to work around plant material, including exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Responsibilities

Measure and mix nutrient and plant applications and apply these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy
Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, and performing any other required tasks
Assist Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity goals for Cultivation Facility
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
Maintain cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
Document according to Cresco Labs policy the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility
