Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Lifesciences and have previous experience equivalent to 0-1 year in a relevant role. A valid UK driving license is required. Proficiency in English and local languages, advanced digital literacy including MS Office, and the ability to master clinical trial database systems are essential. Knowledge of applicable Country Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and organizational SOPs is necessary.

Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating and completing assigned clinical trial activities, performing file reviews, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities include maintaining study documentation and systems, providing system support for Activate & eTMF, processing and reviewing documents for the client's eTMF, and supporting meeting schedules. The position also requires tracking local regulatory documents, transmitting documents to clients and IRBs/IECs, analyzing study metrics, maintaining vendor trackers, and assisting with the compilation and distribution of Investigator Site File and Pharmacy binder materials. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with study-specific translation materials and quality control.
