Responsibilities

The Crypto Software Engineering Manager will own the product roadmap, propose and manage budgets for projects, supervise the work of multiple teams, plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time, research and develop designs and products, determine the need for training and talent development, ensure products have the support of upper management, provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams, and coordinate with other key stakeholders in the firm.
