Requirements

Must have 6 months forklift experience with a single employer within the last 3 years
No gaps in employment greater than 6 months within the last 3 years
3 months of stand-up forklift experience is preferred
Willing to work D Shift (Friday-Sunday 6pm-6am) in damp and cold environments with temperatures ranging from -5 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit (up to 12 hours)
Willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and bend, squat, lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds in temperatures ranging from 0 to 28 degrees
Standing or walking up to 100% of the time
Proficiency in reading and writing
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
Must provide own steel or composite toe boots (ANSI 75lbs or more PSI rating, slip resistant sole, covering ankles; composite toe preferred)
Able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Scanning, wrapping, and breaking down pallets of boxes in the stage area to be put away in the warehouse rack system
Operating motorized forklifts, including stand-up Crown PIT forklifts and reach trucks, for extended periods
May be trained on and operate cherry picker for additional tasks
Performing other job tasks as assigned by management
