Responsibilities

Expediting Aftermarket parts for customer orders that have been escalated to the Machine Down list
Salesforce case management and action management, providing visibility to external teams on part status
Communication with Supply Chain and Internal production facilities regarding expediting Machine Down items
General buyer support within the Aftermarket team
Work a yearlong side project that goes hand in hand with standard work
Complete 4 quarterly projects decided by the individual
Shared tasks in a team environment, including closing completed Salesforce actions and coverage when others are out
