High school diploma or GED
Must be 21 years or older
Successful completion of background check (criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check)
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment
Completion of all training requirements, including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
Ability to perform sedentary work (exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, repetitive movements of hands/fingers/arms, sitting most of the time with occasional walking/standing)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Provide outreach, emotional support, education, and referrals to individuals, families, and groups
Deliver presentations on disaster reactions and coping strategies
Network with community partners and represent the CCP program
Participate in data collection and training
Perform other duties as assigned
