Proficiency in SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations is required, along with experience in consumer, corporate, or small business cards, payments, lending, or related industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The Credit Risk Associate will leverage internal and external data to create best-in-class credit policies, understand Ramp’s exposure to risk across multiple products, and investigate the efficiency of risk policies and procedures. They will analyze market trends to identify macroeconomic risk factors, partner with cross-functional teams to execute credit policies, and collaborate with data scientists to build credit risk models. Additionally, they will work with finance teams to maintain a risk-adjusted returns framework.
