Requirements

1+ years of relevant Credentialing Management experience (e.g., Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers), ideally familiar with NCQA standards
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
Clear communicator with professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience utilizing Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) and Adobe (Salesforce or comparable CRM tool preferred)
Ability to work fast in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities
Self-motivated, reliable, and motivated by delivering high-quality results timely
Thrives in a blend of solo heads-down work and team collaboration

Responsibilities

Credentialing providers end-to-end, at times managing high volumes of credentialing caseloads
Pioneering best practices and new workflows to manage provider credentialing
Collaborating cross-team with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve processes
Streamlining processes and best practices to organize healthcare provider credentialing
Sharing product and feature requests with Product and Engineering team to improve Credentialing software
