Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic designing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working experience with digital technology and various editing softwares like Avid, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and other associated design/editing tools
  • In sync with recent design standards and trends for both graphics and video
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Skill in Marketing Operations - Creative Design
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design

Responsibilities

  • Turn content concepts into highly creative graphic designs or engaging videos
  • Design web graphics and banners/posts for various digital platforms with high level of creative standards for all channels
  • Edit existing video content and create video optimized for publishing, marketing and distribution
  • Contribute to a professional, proactive, collaborative culture and work effectively with diverse personnel at various levels, developing productive working relationships
  • Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
