  • Any Graduation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Creative QA, Digital Production QA, or similar role
  • Proficient in reviewing static and motion-based content across formats (JPG, PDF, MP4, GIF, HTML)
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat and basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Understanding of layout design, brand compliance, typography, and color consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and written/verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure, in high-volume and deadline-driven environments
  • Syndication/QA experience in ecommerce desired
  • Understands creative briefs, brand guidelines, and delivery expectations across geographies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed QA on creative assets such as banners, emails, social media posts, videos, print files, and landing pages
  • Verify brand compliance, layout integrity, copy accuracy, formatting consistency, and resolution standards
  • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and project management teams to resolve errors or discrepancies
  • Log, track, and report defects systematically using pre-defined templates or tools
  • Maintain and follow QA checklists, guidelines, and project briefs for all reviews
  • Support content versioning QA across markets and localization rollouts
  • Contribute to QA process documentation and suggest improvements based on recurring issues
  • Communicate clearly with designers and project teams to resolve queries and defects
  • Support error-free delivery through proactive reviews and documentation
  • Adhere to quality SLAs, TAT, and campaign launch timelines
  • Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Follow moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
