Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
Strong interest and skills in graphic design, photography, video shooting, motion graphic and video editing
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or Canva
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and what kind of content performs well
Ability to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute visual ideas
Good sense of aesthetics, layout, and branding consistency
A fast learner who’s adaptable and comfortable with multitasking
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work with different teams (marketing, sales, HR, etc.)
Basic copywriting and content writing skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

Work with relevant PICs to produce creative assets across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Support both organic and paid content development
Contribute fresh ideas and trend insights to help boost audience engagement
Assist with the development and execution of brand initiatives
Support event booth designs, installation plans, and align with external vendors for brand visibility
Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities
Work closely with the sales team to develop shipper-facing creatives, including presentation slides, event materials, and custom visuals for shipper initiatives
Support creative needs for other business units, including HR (e.g., career fairs), product launches and retail openings, internal events and company-wide happenings
