Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct conceptual and design projects, responsible for idea quality and end-to-end execution
  • Define and advance a positive, productive design culture
  • Harness development and performance of design and creative teams
  • Upskill design and copy teams for best-in-class output
  • Manage, supervise, review, and audit designers, artworkers, and copywriters
  • Drive maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality in creative work
  • Oversee, manage, and review new creative concepts for clients
  • Design digital collateral per client briefs and standards
  • Act as brand guardian for all design collateral
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver highest client service
  • Collaborate with Leaders to organize and prioritize workload
  • Respond flexibly to workload increases and deadlines
  • Build client relationships and drive new business with Group Account Director
