Requirements

Candidates should possess a University degree in a life-sciences field and at least one year of independent, on-site monitoring experience in a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU and FDA requirements, as well as medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology is required. Fluency in Romanian and English languages is essential, and availability for travel at least 50% of the working time per month is preferred.

Responsibilities

The CRA II will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, conduct monitoring activities independently, and thrive in multi-national project teams delivering exemplary levels of customer service on multiple projects. They will also benefit from award-winning training programmes to enhance technical and professional skills, and demonstrate understanding of medical terminology and therapeutic areas.
