Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree (non-licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified/credentialed to provide services within scope of practice
Hold one of the following credentials as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB): Qualified Addiction Professional (e.g., CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CDDP-D) or Qualified Mental Health Professional
Willing to become credentialed in additional states beyond current licensure
Willing and comfortable providing telehealth services
Successful completion of background check (criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, fingerprint)
Completion of New Hire Orientation
Completion of all training requirements including Relias

Responsibilities

Complete intake/screening/assessment process within time frames designated by state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards
Develop treatment plans for clients in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body guidelines, demonstrating individualization and evolution based on assessment information
Complete correspondence in a timely fashion
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases
Adhere to weekly Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) expectations/service provision model
Document all services provided in accordance with state regulatory/accrediting body/agency standards
Ensure services are entered within the appropriate time frame, in appropriate format, and refer to treatment plans
Correct any file/charting deficiencies within the appropriate time frame
Assist clients through the transition process and complete final correspondence (e.g., transition summary, plan, letter)
Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Vice President, or Executive Team members
