Requirements

  • College degree
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high-call volume environment
  • Administrative and/or client service experience
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
  • Excellent aptitude for developing systems of organization
  • Excellent time management skills and able to multitask
  • Effective organizational skills (e.g., using agendas, planning tools, etc.)
  • Persuasion and influencing skills
  • Clear and professional communication with managers
  • Ability to work as part of an international team and independently
  • Excellent sense of urgency and responsiveness

Responsibilities

  • Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations
  • Coordinate with Advisors and Project Managers to confirm telephone consultations
  • Follow-up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projects
  • Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers across APAC and US organize client requests and track progress on projects
  • Ongoing communication with experts to confirm availability
  • Managing follow-up questions and clarifications
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests
  • Overseeing all administration within your client service team
  • Booking client consultations
  • Tracking projects for the team
