Requirements

Professional in petroleum engineering, computer science, systems, and/or related fields
Minimum 3 years of operational experience in IT and knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry
Advanced level of English
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
Experience in handling and attending to internal and external customers
Experience in project planning and execution, including agile methodology and DevOps

Responsibilities

Work with implementation team leads on project plans, sprint plans, and project tracking for Leucipa implementation projects
Assist in creating technical documentation, test plans, and user manuals as needed
Work with the Beacon support team to establish customer assistance processes for L1, L2, and L3 support
Collaborate with the implementation team and product teams for technical support on active projects
Know the global Leucipa offering, including product updates and technical functionalities
Support implementation engineers in Leucipa deployment technical activities as needed
