Requirements

  • Professional in petroleum engineering, computer science, systems, and/or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in IT and knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Advanced level of English
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
  • Experience in handling and attending to internal and external customers
  • Experience in project planning and execution, including agile methodology and DevOps

Responsibilities

  • Work with implementation team leads on project plans, sprint plans, and project tracking for Leucipa implementation projects
  • Assist in creating technical documentation, test plans, and user manuals as needed
  • Work with the Beacon support team to establish customer assistance processes for L1, L2, and L3 support
  • Collaborate with the implementation team and product teams for technical support on active projects
  • Know the global Leucipa offering, including product updates and technical functionalities
  • Support implementation engineers in Leucipa deployment technical activities as needed
