Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems including Trust 3000, NxAS, Trust Office, Business Builder, Advisor Portal and Filenet Imaging Systems
  • Interpret monetary requests to determine the correct course of action, understanding client goals, objectives, SEI’s guidelines and procedures
  • Provide the highest level of quality when completing client requests
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy
  • Identify errors, provide feedback, identify trends and/or contributing factors, and recommend solutions
  • Identify Advisor related processing issues to ensure accurate completion of requests and provide value added servicing
  • Train other administrators on Operational responsibilities once sufficient knowledge is gained
  • Research, analyze and resolve events on the Trust 3000 system using various tools, systems and departments
  • Monitor various work queues and adjust resources as necessary to meet internal and external cutoff times
  • Learn all facets of the Middle Office Operations including new account set-up, distributions, receipts, trade processing, model changes, and monetary requests
  • Participate in departmental projects to improve current processes and/or systems
  • Occasionally provide overviews of Operations functions and systems to RIA clients and prospects
  • Call advisors when more information is needed
