5+ years of experience with frontend software development
Demonstrated success in building complex web applications with simple, elegant, and maintainable solutions
Experience with Javascript, Typescript, semantic HTML, responsive CSS, and either React or Next.js
Experience with modern web standards, responsive design, and web accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.0+)
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and challenges

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical contact for Front End concerns within your team and for your space (the code area owned by the team)
Work with the team's leadership helping balance technical concerns with long-term strategy, front-end requirements, and cross-functional needs
Involved in the earliest stages of each project working with team leadership to help with technical scoping and technical discovery
Responsible for the quality of Front End PR’s on your team: thorough checks, title and summaries, and technical review - helping cultivate a robust technical review culture within the team
Work with team leadership to critically and technically review all PRs and broaden round-robin reviews to empower review growth across the team
Work with team managers to ensure technical tickets are scoped appropriately and well communicated and match the technical designs agreed upon
