Responsibilities

  • Dedicated Olfactory Evaluation: Actively smell and evaluate fragrance samples in various formats for a set number of hours per day
  • Data Annotation: Generate precise, objective sensory data through character and intensity annotations using Osmo’s internal scales and taxonomic lexicon
  • Stability & Performance Testing: Evaluate odor profile evolution over time, measuring fragrance integrity and performance from stability chambers and application tests
  • Panel Participation & Protocol Adherence: Serve as a reliable sensory panelist, following protocols with high standards of objectivity and focus
  • Training & Calibration: Participate in required training sessions to ensure alignment with other panelists and data consistency
