Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage legal terms for commercial contracts involving MineStar Solutions and mining technology products
Draft and finalize complex agreements, including Command for Hauling, technology licensing, and professional services contracts
Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, product managers, NPI managers, sales leaders, technical experts, and operations teams to drive negotiations from inception to execution
Apply deep legal knowledge to address licensing, intellectual property, data rights, liability limits, indemnities, and termination clauses
Leverage established processes and templates while adapting to unique customer needs and evolving technology landscapes
