Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred; Preferred in Education, Training and Development, or Instructional Design
  • 3+ years of education or curriculum development experience preferred, minimum of 1 year required
  • 1+ years of project management experience is a plus
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience with designing, developing, and evaluating learning programs
  • Intermediate-level experience using content creation and hosting software (i.e. Learning Management Systems, video editing, eLearning development solutions, various Microsoft or Adobe products, etc.)
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of ModMed’s business and industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the learning strategy for the assigned line of business (i.e. specific specialty, product, courses, or service)
  • Design and develop learning programs based on training needs with assistance from product subject matter experts, as well as augment high-quality, interactive training programs to go along with those learning programs
  • Manage the content development process for all educational materials for assigned projects
  • Oversee and participate in content creation for the LMS and knowledge base
  • Complete ongoing evaluation of educational materials to ensure content remains current and valuable
  • Serve as Editor-in-Chief for assigned content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Education Project Manager
