  • Elaborate and optimize functional processes in line with ServiceNow best practices
  • Guide clients in functional and technical choices across various ServiceNow modules
  • Optimize operational processes, assess maturity, and identify efficiency gains
  • Design the most relevant technical and functional solutions while respecting best practices
  • Integrate communities related to different professions and sectors for skill development
  • Contribute to firm activities (team recruitment, training animation, business development, HR management)
