Diploma from a business school, engineering school, IEP, or university
Strong interest in the banking, mutual, social protection group, or insurance sector
Enthusiastic, dynamic, involved, entrepreneurial mindset, and good level of autonomy

Responsibilities
Assist public sector clients (Ministries and major State Operators) in transforming their business model, organization, and strategy implementation
Conduct operational rollout of strategy (positioning studies, business plans for new activities or offers, organizational master plans)
Support organizational and process evolution (organizational diagnostics, process redesign and optimization, digitalization and automation/robotization of processes, change management)
Contribute to information systems evolution (assistance in solution selection, development of functional specifications, optimization of project portfolios)
Manage large projects (agile, V-cycle, or hybrid), transformation management offices, and enterprise projects
Monitor innovative ecosystems (Cloud, AI, regulatory framework) to identify best market practices and co-develop disruptive business use cases/models with clients
