Requirements

Understanding of the Construction Quality Management Plan
Ability to ensure the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained in alignment with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Capability to drive strong quality practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site and off-site quality inspections and witness testing activities to verify compliance with project specifications and Inspection & Test Plans
Monitor construction progress and workmanship to promptly identify and resolve quality issues
Oversee testing of materials and structures, such as concrete strength tests, soil compaction tests, and other relevant tests
Perform inspections on delivered materials and equipment to confirm conformity with approved submittals and quality standards
Ensure all construction activities follow the specified ITPs, including the identification and execution of hold and witness points
Maintain, review, and update comprehensive records of inspections, including dates, findings, test results, and corrective actions
Document and report any deviations or Non-Conformances in materials, workmanship, or processes to the Quality Lead
Verify that corrective actions for identified Non-Conformances are effectively implemented and closed
Check and verify the certifications, qualifications, and accreditations of workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure alignment with project requirements
Support field teams with immediate feedback
