Responsibilities

  • Respond to CPQ-related queries and service requests via Salesforce (SFDC) and Live Chat, ensuring quotes and configurations align with HPE’s policies and North American requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quoting challenges, support process improvements, and enhance the user experience
  • Support the full quoting process by validating configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze data from service requests and quoting activities to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
  • Communicate updates, insights, and best practices with internal stakeholders, contributing to a culture of transparency and teamwork
  • Assist in implementing changes to quoting tools and workflows based on user feedback, striving for operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction
  • Execute operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately for sales compensation
  • Produce deal documentation and configure systems to reflect ordering processes
  • Generate invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements
  • Record, update, and validate customer and deal information in systems, and produce reports and analyses of sales processing activities
