Candidates need a BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, etc.), 3-5 years in composite design for aerospace or manufacturing, proficiency in SolidWorks or similar and Microsoft Office, ability to read technical drawings, GD&T knowledge, plus soft skills like customer relationship building, self-motivation, and multi-project management.
