Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, or Rehabilitation Counseling
OR Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree from an approved institution
OR At least four years of work experience in a related human services field (e.g., case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation) or a combination of education and experience equaling four years
OR Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) certification (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D)
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle
Must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van
Requires current driver’s license, acceptable (assumed based on context)

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with clients and support them in achieving personalized treatment goals
Provide strengths-based, community-based mental health services to individuals using evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
Facilitate group sessions and behavioral interventions aligned with each client’s treatment plan
Coordinate services with families, schools, physicians, psychiatrists, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as necessary to support recovery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards
Participate in professional development, training, and quality improvement activities
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
Support clients in accessing local resources to improve independence and overall well-being
