Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco (full-time, report to building each day)
  • Ability to conduct scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts and regular check-ins with all members
  • Skills in anticipating and personalizing member and guest experiences using collected information
  • Experience following up in person with members on negative feedback (e.g., bad ratings, poor tickets, Medallia responses)
  • Knowledge of issue resolution models and severity scales to meet member needs
  • Ability to review feedback for improvements and implement proactive changes
  • Capability to support front desk coverage during business hours
  • Proficiency in conducting pre-move-in meetings, new member orientations, and curating onboarding materials
  • Skills in performing move-out interviews
  • Ability to conduct building tours for VIPs, prospective members, and hand-off sales leads
  • Experience providing feedback on event programming and evaluating events
  • Capacity to set up and host weekly social events and execute value-driving events
  • Skills in promoting events (e.g., creating and posting posters)
  • Knowledge of building operational requirements (e.g., elevators, HVAC)
  • Ability to conduct morning walkthroughs, escalate issues, and communicate policies/procedures
  • Capability to manage building energy, music levels, and activations

Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and check in regularly with all members
  • Anticipate member and guest needs to enhance and personalize their experience
  • Follow up in person with members who submit bad ratings, poor tickets, or negative Medallia responses
  • Follow issue resolution model using severity scale and ensure solutions meet member needs
  • Review all Medallia responses to identify improvements and implement proactive changes
  • Support front desk coverage schedule as needed for consistent business hours coverage
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings for new accounts and complete New Member Orientation process
  • Curate onboarding materials (e.g., welcome notes, FAQ guides) for move-in day
  • Conduct move-out interviews to understand departing members' experience
  • Conduct building tours for Sales team-set VIPs or prospective members
  • Alert Growth Team on member requests for growth-related conversations (e.g., move-outs, extensions, transfers)
  • Hand-off prospective member sales (walk-ins, current members, guests) to sales contacts
  • Provide feedback on event programming types based on member makeup and evaluate events
  • Set up and host weekly social events to build community and execute Events team value-driving events
  • Distribute event promotion info, including creating/posting weekly and individual event posters
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for events
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to address issues and escalate recurring ones
  • Know, explain, and communicate WeWork policies/procedures; update members on issues via email, in person, or broadcast
  • Manage building energy, ensuring appropriate music levels and activations by daypart and occasion
