Candidates should be upcoming or recent college graduates who are driven and entrepreneurial, possessing a desire to launch a career in commercial real estate. Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary, however, coachability is required.
As an Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent, the individual will participate in a nationally recognized training program covering real estate sales, engage in role-playing and analysis, and benefit from mentorship and continuous development coaching. They will also contribute to a team working on active deals, develop their own book of business, and utilize a proprietary listing system to connect buyers with listings across the nation, ultimately contributing to the firm's high transaction volume.
