Responsibilities

  • Owns standard bought participation loans within the overall bought participation portfolio
  • Maintains healthy portfolio and proactively ensures dates, rates, and balances are in alignment with agent bank
  • Performs research needed to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Provides thorough diligence in the move money processes that meets SLAs and prevents near miss/Ops losses
  • Monitors and resolves reporting (Suspect, Past Due, High Balance, Aged Wires, Int Adjustment and Bill Forward) and escalates to management when applicable
  • Performs thorough analysis of notifications to identify and remediate inconsistencies or errors prior to posting transactions
  • Inputs required transactions as relayed in notifications from agent banks that include, but are not limited to, payments, rate changes, advances, and conversions
  • Establishes relationship and maintains communication with Agent Bank to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information and money
  • Acts as liaison between relationship managers, corporate customers, members, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Maintains reporting
  • Ensures all daily processing and servicing functions are completed accurately and within service levels on multi-billion-dollar loans
