Requirements

Candidates must possess 5 or more years of experience working within the Higher Education Industry as a Financial Aid Leader, along with 5 or more years of experience working with the Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid module demonstrating advanced user proficiency. They should have experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague Financial Aid module. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach are also required, along with being highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities

As a Colleague Consultant, the role involves providing Colleague implementation support such as training, functional consulting, and technical support at client sites, analyzing current business processes and making suggestions to utilize technological tools to improve processes, assisting clients with the Financial Aid year roll in Colleague, and ensuring clients follow DOE requirements. The position also requires collaborating with key stakeholders, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless functionality to enhance financial aid processes, as well as traveling up to 25% to deliver consulting services.
