Must reside in the United States
Preferred: Previous agricultural or production experience
Willing to shower on-site, change clothing and footwear, and adhere to biosecurity protocols (no external jewelry except medical ID, body piercings covered by clothing)
Willing to sign agreement to not own/avoid avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.) and abide by Company Biosecurity and Animal Welfare Guidelines
Able to lift/move 50 lbs. and push/pull 1000-1500 lbs. (on wheels)
Able to stand majority of shift on concrete floor; walk; sit; use hands to finger/handle/feel; reach with hands/arms; balance; stoop; bend over; talk/hear
Specific vision abilities required
Available for shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (including holidays), starting at 4:00 a.m. until job complete (typically 40+ hours/week, subject to change)
Willing to work adjusted schedule as needed and undergo background check if required

Responsibilities

Place hatching eggs in properly labeled buggies (40%)
Place trayed eggs into the setters (10%)
Clean and sanitize the egg room and other hatchery equipment (egg flats/trays, farm racks, setter buggies) using high-pressure and regular water hose (10%)
Monitor and record temperatures in the hatchers and setters (10%)
Assist egg truck driver during pickups and deliveries (10%)
Assist chick truck driver with broilers (10%)
Operate high-pressure and regular water hose, maintain foot pans and hand sanitizer, pack export eggs into cases, assist Egg Room Lead/Shipping Clerk, Sanitation, & Chick Processing departments as needed, and maintain a clean/organized work area (10%)
Maintain product flow, relieve team members for breaks, fill in during labor shortages
Maintain safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies/procedures
