Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist. A strong understanding of CNC machinery operation and the ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 8 hours or more daily. A detail-oriented mindset and a team player attitude are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and participate in a drug and alcohol program.
The CNC Operator will set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts, including loading feed mechanisms and entering programs. They will read and interpret blueprints to produce components that meet customer specifications, making adjustments as necessary for quality assurance. Regular maintenance of CNC machines and tooling inventory management will be required. The operator will review work orders and programs for accuracy and perform other related duties as assigned.
