Technical Control Engineer (Site Startup)

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist. A strong understanding of CNC machinery operation and the ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings is essential. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess methodical and analytical problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. A background check is required, and participation in a drug and alcohol program is necessary due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.
The CNC Machine Operator will set up and operate machinery to manufacture parts, ensuring accurate production according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, making mechanical adjustments, performing quality assurance inspections, and maintaining CNC machines and tooling. The operator will review work orders for accuracy and perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
