Requirements

  • Experience in Change Management or as Change Leader
  • Experience as ARA or Change Leader aspects
  • Good knowledge of CMII process and the GES system or Equivalent system (PLM)
  • General knowledge of technical documentation (mechanical and electrical)
  • Knowledge of engineering procedures
  • Knowledge of database structure
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • Management skills, team orientation, communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge in own competence and knowledge of related competences
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates a weekly mini-SMT (simultaneous team) meeting
  • Act as a Change Owner, Change Leader for product line clone CRs generated per a supplier change request
  • Document required information and final disposition of PL CR clones
  • Review new SCRs to identify those affecting the specific Product Line (PL) they represent
  • Participate in weekly CLOR meeting to represent the PL decision
  • Requesting samples of new components
  • Prepare agendas and meeting summaries
  • Coordinate approval activities by assigning owners and follow up with them
  • Update and modify the Change Request through CL, per agreement with corresponding Stakeholder
  • Send CR to Change Leader for final approval of Master CR and Closure of CN activities
  • Work with CPE, Business Unit Directors, to push for required Approvals
  • Solve complex problems, use their expertise to resolve the roadblocks
