Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Competency in data systems and moderate user of MS Office Suite products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • General comprehension of how to review and understand program/project documentation
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR requirements (or eligible for export license approval)

Responsibilities

  • Review PLM Changes (MCO, ECO, ECR, Deviation, etc.) for accuracy and incorporate changes
  • Shepherd PLM changes through to release
  • Accurately and thoroughly review all documentation submitted for release
  • Work with other functions to create, coordinate, track, and release PLM Changes
  • Effectively read and understand BOMs, product definition, test, and manufacturing information
  • Demonstrate understanding of company's cross-functional roles, product lines, and engineering/CM processes; train others on CM processes
  • Identify and prioritize workload; receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects
  • React to periodic audits on conformance to CM practices and deploy corrective actions with supervisor
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and work productively with others across disciplines
  • Solve practical problems constructively in ambiguous situations with limited standardization
  • Complete assigned tasks within project schedule and budget
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
