Requirements

Candidates must have experience with infrastructure management and operations, good working knowledge of Linux and Docker, and familiarity with the LAMP stack. Experience with AWS Cloud services, Bash or Python scripting, CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI, application performance monitoring tools such as Datadog or New Relic, Docker orchestrators like Amazon ECS or Kubernetes, and Git is required. The ability to solve issues with clear methods while knowing when to take intuitive leaps is essential. Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript/Typescript, or Go is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Operations and Support Engineer will manage the Docebo Incident and Escalation process, monitor metrics, and develop ways to improve observability. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting service incidents and outages, performing urgent code fixes when needed, and handling day-to-day operations to maintain and evolve the Docebo multi-tenant infrastructure. The role involves building and maintaining effective working relationships, working with tickets from the internal support team, and identifying opportunities to streamline the development process. This position also requires performing periodic on-call duty to maintain the availability and performance of the Docebo Platform.
