Knowledge and experience with mainframe (IBM z/OS or Hitachi VOS3)
Understanding of COBOL, Assembler, JCL, with experience in current system investigation from source code and connecting to migration target systems in migration projects
PM or PL experience in large-scale system migration projects
Practical experience in middleware migration design and test design
Design lead experience in large-scale system migration projects
Knowledge of middleware (DB2, HULFT, MQ, JP1/AJS3, JP1/IM3, Syslog, etc.)
Experience in data communication test design (HULFT, MQ, FTP, Syslog integration)
Experience in migration projects from mainframe to open systems
Nice to have
AWS cloud environment migration design and test design experience
Operation automation tool introduction and operation experience
Character code conversion or report-related migration experience
Experience with specific middleware (AOEMF, AOMPLUS, XDM, DCCM3, HOPPS3, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead middleware design, migration, and test in migration from mainframe (IBM z/OS, Hitachi VOS3) to AWS cloud
Migration design, build planning, test planning, and test specification creation and promotion for middleware (DB2, HULFT, MQ, JP1/AJS, JP1/IM, etc.)
Current survey of target middleware, consideration of migration methods, and creation of design documents
Test design and execution management for system-to-system data communication (HULFT, MQ, FTP, Syslog)
Design, planning, and execution of data communication tests before migration, performance verification after migration, and planning and implementation of failure response tests
Collaboration with project team, progress management, and issue resolution
