The role is part-time with estimated 2-5 hours per week.
A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent is required, along with at least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, structured clinical interviews, working with psychiatric populations, and administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research). MD, DO, or PhD is preferred, as is experience in CNS trials and with EQ-5D-5L.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and fluent Chinese language skills are required.
Candidates with a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, 3+ years of direct experience in psychiatric assessments and clinical research trials with psychiatric populations, experience with EQ-5D-5L and CNS trials, plus strong organizational skills and fluent Chinese will stand out.
