A Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent) is required, with MD, DO, or PhD preferred. Candidates need 3+ years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews, 3+ years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations, and 3+ years administering scales in clinical research trials.

Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish are required.

The role is estimated at 10–16 hours per month.

Strong candidates will have the required education and experience in psychiatric assessments, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
