Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and the ability to learn clinical trial database systems are also necessary.
The Clinical Trial Coordinator will coordinate and oversee activities for assigned clinical trials, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role involves providing system support, maintaining current system databases, and performing administrative tasks such as processing documents, conducting reviews, and distributing communications. Responsibilities also include analyzing study metrics, reconciling findings, assisting with site file materials, and supporting regulatory submissions and compliance reviews. The coordinator will collaborate with internal departments and project teams to meet deadlines and communicate effectively regarding site issues and risks.
