Requirements

Candidates must be licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of MA, able to practice without supervision, and informed on state telehealth policies. They should be comfortable with technology, capable of building therapeutic relationships on virtual platforms, and possess a polished, professional virtual presence. Strong ability to identify appropriate levels of care for patient needs, experience treating various conditions with an interdisciplinary team, and proficiency in using technology for administrative and clinical support are essential. A background check is required, and candidates must have a secure, private remote work location with a smartphone, laptop, and internet connection. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Talk Therapist will deliver high-quality care to participants, helping them achieve their goals for improved quality of life and wellbeing. They will partner with operations and clinical teams to enhance processes and clinical care delivery. Key responsibilities include meeting productivity standards of 30 direct counseling hours per week, concurrent note-taking during sessions, developing treatment plans, participating in treatment team meetings, and attending weekly synchronous health team meetings. The therapist will advocate for participants' clinical needs, liaise with customer success activities, and bring successful models and techniques to support participants. They will also support the development of communication and marketing materials, serve as a first point of contact for participant escalations, and report to the operations team for unresolved concerns. Staying updated on new clinical care developments, including analog and digital techniques, is also required.
