Requirements

Candidates must be licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado and reside permanently within the state. They must also be credentialed or willing to be credentialed in specific Colorado locations. LPC candidates require 3 years or 3000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience and specific training in clinical supervision. LMFT candidates must supervise MFT candidates, and LCSW candidates need an active, unrestricted license. Prior experience as a Thriveworks Clinician for at least 3 months is also required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly group and individual supervision to at least six resident clinicians, ensuring they meet state regulatory requirements. Supervisors will also maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 sessions per week, provide oversight of documentation, and coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development. This includes completing weekly supervision documentation, coaching documentation for performance concerns, and collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director.
