Responsibilities

  • Supports clinical studies by executing and maintaining areas such as data coordination and document coordination
  • Actively participates in the development and testing of case report forms, study reports, and study databases based on protocol requirements
  • Ensures timely and quality completion of data forms, verifies study data, and generates, manages, and resolves data discrepancies
  • Processes compensation and identifies and resolves compensation discrepancies
  • Creates and manages clinical study files and oversees the organization and distribution of clinical study documents
  • Assists with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy
  • Checks and makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve routine problems
  • Communicates with internal contacts within and outside the immediate team, obtaining and providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation
  • May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry-level employees
