Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical operations consulting, preferably within the life sciences industry. Strong technical skills and experience configuring and supporting software solutions are required, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential, and the ability to work with customers is a key qualification.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Senior Consultant, you will analyze customer requirements, provide guidance on solution design and architecture for Vault Clinical systems, collaborate with customers on system design workstreams, troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, define customer deployment plans, and contribute to system validation and migration efforts. You will also work closely with other Veeva teams and the product management team to meet evolving industry needs and communicate customer requirements effectively.
