Responsibilities

Lead monitoring teams across multiple trials and facilities for pre-market and post-market monitoring functions
Drive cross-functional collaboration with OU and other Clinical Teams for successful Clinical Projects
Contribute to team governance and talent development as a member of the CRMS Leadership Team (LT)
Perform duties as monitoring responsibility leader
Educate and supervise personnel as a people manager
Direct 8-10 monitors (full-time and contract employees)
Report to Clinical Research & Medical Science Director
Work at Shinagawa office per company attendance policy
