Requirements

  • 10+ years of clinical trial monitor experience (medical devices or pharmaceuticals)
  • 5+ years of lead monitor experience (pre-market or post-market at time of application)
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Business-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead monitoring teams across multiple trials and facilities for pre-market and post-market monitoring functions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with OU and other Clinical Teams for successful Clinical Projects
  • Contribute to team governance and talent development as a member of the CRMS Leadership Team (LT)
  • Perform duties as monitoring responsibility leader
  • Educate and supervise personnel as a people manager
  • Direct 8-10 monitors (full-time and contract employees)
  • Report to Clinical Research & Medical Science Director
  • Work at Shinagawa office per company attendance policy
